4. Workshop Bookings and Services

4.1 Booking Confirmation

Workshop bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

4.2 Participant Requirements

Participants must be at least 16 years of age to attend workshops. Participants aged 16-17 may attend with parental consent. All participants must follow our studio safety guidelines and instructor directions during workshops.

4.3 Workshop Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who:

• Arrives under the influence of alcohol or substances
• Behaves in a manner that disrupts other participants
• Fails to follow safety instructions
• Engages in any form of harassment or inappropriate behaviour

4.4 Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, or conditions that may affect their participation. Our workshops involve working with hot wax and fragrances. By booking, you acknowledge these elements and accept responsibility for your safety while following our guidelines.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information about cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined in our Return Policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the site, you agree not to:

8. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the six (6) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of England and Wales. Khomlaxxttyzox and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the courts of England and Wales.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Waiver

No waiver by us of any term or condition set out in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
